When will my print arrive?
Every print is made when you order it, then shipped rolled in a rigid tube. The delivery estimate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is the frame included?
No. Prints are shipped unframed, with a white border ready for framing. A2 (42 × 59 cm) and A1 (59 × 84 cm) are standard sizes, so any ready-made frame fits.
My tube arrived damaged
Send a photo of the print and the tube to contact@benjaminlagouche.fr. It is replaced free of charge.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Write before sending anything back and you will get the return details.
What does a numbered edition mean?
Fine art prints are limited to one hundred copies across all sizes. Each one is numbered and comes with a certificate. Once the hundred are gone, the image is never printed again.
Do you make other sizes?
Not on the shop. For a larger format or a specific project, write and describe what you have in mind.
